Standard products: Please consider 7-14 business days for your products to be shipped and received. This includes processing times.  (US only)

Pre-orders: Shipping may vary for each style of the pre-order products. Please refer to the shipping estimate provided in the product description for accurate time frames. 

*international orders are not able to be processed at this time. 

All Standard Products from may be returned for full exchange/refund or account credit up to 30 days from receipt of product. You are responsible for return postage (see address below). Please ensure all original packaging & order confirmation information is enclosed with all returns/exchanges. 

Please note: If there is visible damage and/or excessive use to products, your return/exchange will be rejected & returned.

Please allow 10 to 14 days for the return to be reviewed and the refund to be processed to the original payment method. For Account Credit please allow 3 to 5 days to be reflected to your account. You will receive an email notification upon receipt of return & refund/exchange initiation.

Any items purchased from Featured Artist collections under PYDJ Remixes are eligible for return for full exchange/refund or account credit for up to 30 days upon receiving of product. All returns for Featured Artist's items will incur a 5% restocking fee.

Custom/Specialty Items: These items are eligible for an ACCOUNT CREDIT ONLY with 15 days of receiving the item*. If there is visible damage and/or excessive use to products, your return/exchange will be rejected & returned.

For Account Credit please allow 3 to 5 days to be reflected to your account. You will receive an email notification upon receipt of return & return credit initiation. 

Note: Exchange procedure your card/account will be refunded then debited. Reshipment will occur within 3 business days after confirmed receipt back to our facility. You will receive notification receipt with debit/charge and tracking information for reshipment.
